Bathroom renovation
From the old suite coming out to the last bead of silicone, with the waterproofing done properly behind the tiles.
A bathroom is the room where tiling quality shows most. Lines that run true across the wall, cuts hidden in the corners, a shower floor that falls to the drain: that is what you look at every morning.
We strip the room back, board and waterproof the walls, set the pipework where the fittings need it, then tile and fit. A plumber and an electrician come in for their parts, and we coordinate them so you deal with one person.

What the job includes
- Taking out the old bathroom and clearing it away
- Boarding and waterproofing walls and shower areas
- Walk-in showers, shower trays and linear drains
- Recessed niches and feature walls
- Large-format porcelain and marble-effect tiles
- Fitting the suite, with a plumber and electrician brought in
Getting the best result for the money
Most of the cost sits in the size of the room, the tiles and whether pipes or walls move. Keeping the layout where it is usually saves the most. We tell you that during the visit, so you can choose with the numbers in front of you.

Do you waterproof behind the tiles?
Yes. Shower areas and wet walls are boarded and waterproofed before tiling. You can see this stage in the photos on our work page.
Can you fit a walk-in shower instead of a bath?
Yes. We look at the room and the drainage during the visit and explain what the change involves before you decide.
How soon can you start?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks after you accept the estimate.
