Information on this site
The content on this website is general information about our building services. The area on the map is a guide. We don't show prices on this site: the price for your job is the written quote we give you after the site visit.
Quotes and work
Sending a message, photos or a form doesn't create a contract. We visit, send you a quote, and the work goes ahead once you've accepted it and we've agreed the details with you.
Photos and content
The photos of finished and in-progress work on this site are of jobs we did. Any illustration of a service that isn't a photo of our own work is labelled as such and doesn't appear in our gallery. The text, photos and logo belong to MPB Construct or are used with permission. The reviews are copied word for word from our Rated People profile.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Rated People, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy notice.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
