Full home renovation

A whole house taken back and finished again, run by one person who tells you what happens at each step.

A room stripped back with walls boarded and pipework set during a renovation

A full renovation has a lot of moving parts. What makes it go well is the order of the work and someone who keeps every trade on it. We plan the sequence, do the tiling and finishing ourselves, and bring in an electrician and a plumber for their parts.

Renovating whole homes is a direction we are growing into from our bathroom and tiling work, so the photos on this site are of those jobs. We are happy to talk through your project and say plainly what we would take on.

What the job includes

  • Planning the order of work before anything starts
  • Strip-out back to the bare room
  • Bathrooms, floors and tiling done by us
  • An electrician and a plumber brought in and coordinated
  • Updates as the job goes, so you know what is next

Getting the best result for the money

On a full renovation the savings come from the order of work: doing the messy jobs first and finishing once. We set the sequence at the start and explain it in the estimate.
